1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture (if provided).
  • Payment Information: When you make a purchase, our third-party payment processor (Creem) collects your payment details. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive limited billing information such as your name, billing address, and the last four digits of your card.
  • User Content: Images, videos, audio, text prompts, and other content you upload or generate through the Service.
  • Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or feedback.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, generation parameters, model selections, and timestamps.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • IP Address: Used for security, fraud prevention, and approximate geolocation.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns. See Section 8 for details.

1.3 Information from Third-Party Services

  • Social Sign-In: If you sign in through a third-party service (e.g., Google, GitHub), we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that service.
  • Analytics Providers: We may receive aggregated analytics data from third-party analytics services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process your transactions and send related information (receipts, confirmations).
  • Generate AI content based on your inputs (images, videos, audio, 3D models).
  • Enforce our Acceptable Use Policy through automated content moderation, including NSFW detection, prompt filtering, and output review.
  • Send you technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Service.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities.

3. Third-Party AI Model Providers

PixelDance integrates multiple third-party AI models to deliver content generation capabilities. When you submit prompts, upload images, or use generation features, your input data is transmitted to third-party AI model providers (such as fal.ai, Google Cloud AI, and other providers) for processing and content generation.

PixelDance is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these AI model providers. These third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of these providers.

We do not control how third-party AI model providers process your data beyond what is necessary to generate your requested content. We select providers that meet our security and privacy standards, but we cannot guarantee the practices of third-party services.

4. AI Training and Your Data

PixelDance does not use your inputs, uploads, or generated outputs to train our own AI models. Your content is processed solely for the purpose of generating your requested output and enforcing our content moderation policies.

Please note that third-party AI model providers may have their own data usage policies regarding inputs processed through their APIs. We select providers whose policies align with our commitment to user privacy, but we encourage you to review the terms of individual model providers if you have concerns.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • AI Model Providers: Your prompts and uploaded content are transmitted to third-party AI model providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. See Section 3 for details.
  • Payment Processors:Your billing information is shared with Creem for payment processing. Creem's privacy policy governs their use of your data.
  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery) under confidentiality agreements.
  • Content Moderation: Generated content may be reviewed by automated safety systems to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PixelDance, our users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets. You will be notified of any such change via email or a prominent notice on our website.
  • With Your Consent: When you have given us explicit consent to share your information.

6. Data Retention

  • Input Photos and Content: Your uploaded input content is automatically deleted from our active servers within 30 days after your generated content is delivered.
  • Generated Content: Your generated content is stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted. Please download your content promptly.
  • Account Data: Your account information is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion request, personal data will be removed within 7 days, except as required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).
  • Usage and Analytics Data: Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you.
  • Content Moderation Logs: Records of content policy violations may be retained for the purpose of enforcing our Acceptable Use Policy and preventing repeat violations.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis.
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring.
  • Secure deletion of user content according to our retention policies.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
