Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of PixelDance's AI-powered content generation services available at www.pixeldance.app(the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

PixelDance is committed to maintaining a safe, responsible, and creative environment for all users. We aim to uphold a PG-13 standard across all generated content.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute any of the following:

1.1 Sexually Explicit & NSFW Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content of any kind, including AI-generated imagery and video.
• Sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to depictions of undressing, provocative poses, or implied sexual acts.
• Content that sexualizes or exploits any individual.

1.2 Violence & Graphic Content

• Excessively violent, gory, or graphic content intended to shock or disturb.
• Content that glorifies or promotes real-world violence.
• Realistic depictions of torture, mutilation, or extreme bodily harm.

1.3 Hate Speech & Discrimination

• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Dehumanizing language or imagery targeting any group.

1.4 Harassment & Bullying

• Content created to harass, bully, intimidate, defame, or abuse any individual.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or “revenge” content of any kind.

1.5 Child Safety

• Zero tolerance: Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child exploitation, or sexualization of minors is strictly prohibited.
• Suspected CSAM will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.

1.6 Self-Harm & Dangerous Behavior

• Content that promotes, glorifies, or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Content that encourages dangerous or life-threatening activities.

1.7 Terrorism & Extremism

• Content that promotes, supports, or glorifies terrorism, extremist ideologies, or terrorist organizations.
• Recruitment or radicalization materials.

1.8 Fraud & Misinformation

• Content designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others, including phishing, scams, or impersonation.
• Deliberate creation of disinformation intended to cause public harm.
• Impersonation of real individuals, organizations, or government entities.

1.9 Illegal Activities

• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including drug manufacturing/distribution, hacking, weapons creation, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

2. Photographs & Portraits

When using features that involve photographs or portraits:

• Your own photos only: You may only upload photographs of yourself or photos for which you have explicit written consent from the depicted individual(s).
• Public figures: Uploading photos of celebrities, politicians, or other public figures without their authorization is prohibited.
• Minors: Uploading photographs of individuals under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded content.

3. Intellectual Property

• You may not use the Service to generate content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
• You may not use the Service to create counterfeit goods or replicate branded materials without authorization.
• For copyright infringement claims, please refer to the DMCA process outlined in our Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party AI Models & Services

PixelDance provides a unified creative platform that integrates multiple third-party AI models to deliver image, video, audio, and 3D generation capabilities. When you submit prompts or upload content, your data is processed by third-party AI model providers to generate outputs.

PixelDance is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the underlying AI model providers. We provide access to these models through our custom interface to enhance usability and offer additional features. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Content Moderation

PixelDance implements multiple layers of content moderation to enforce this policy:

• Automated NSFW filtering: All AI generation requests are subject to mandatory safety filters that detect and block prohibited content. These filters cannot be disabled.
• Prompt filtering: Input prompts are screened for content that violates this policy before being processed.
• Output review: Generated content may be reviewed by automated systems and, when necessary, by human moderators.
• User reporting: Users can report content that violates this policy. We review all reports and take appropriate action.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Warning: A notice to cease the violating behavior.
2. Content removal: Immediate removal of violating content from the platform.
3. Account suspension: Temporary restriction of access to the Service.
4. Account termination: Permanent removal of your account and all associated data.
5. Law enforcement referral: For severe violations (including but not limited to CSAM, terrorism, and imminent threats of violence), we will report the activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Egregious violations, including any content involving child exploitation, will result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior warning.

7. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you generate, upload, or share through the Service.
• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the Service.
• You acknowledge that AI-generated content is experimental and may produce unexpected or inaccurate results.
• You agree to immediately cease use of any generated content that you discover violates this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
